How the photo lane works (and its limits). AI vision reads the photos for scope — the work items, materials and condition it can see. It is an accelerator, not a measuring tape: a single photo has no scale, so every quantity starts as an estimate you confirm.

What it does well: spotting the work (strip-out, units, worktop, tiling, plastering, decoration, electrics) and condition from the image.
What it can't do: give exact m²/lengths/counts from a photo — those are confirmed by you, or measured exactly via the drawings lane or a LiDAR room scan.
Hidden items (behind units, substrate, wiring, damp, asbestos) can't be seen in a photo and are carried as provisional / flagged for survey.
Nothing is issued to a client until a Supreme estimator confirms it.
